Welcome to our Crew!

I am Diana, the creator of this Membership and I want you to know that your life is about to change for the better.

I have spent the last two decades helping people exactly like you transition through the ages and stages of life.  There is a magical thing that happens when people are READY to do the work....they find this membership. 

aaaanddd...yep- here YOU are.

This is our community - we are people who proactively care for ourselves so we can get off (and stay off) autopilot.  No more day dreaming through life, wishing we had more time, more money,  or more whatever. 

I have many certifications and here are a few that may matter to you:

  • 200 HR Core Vinyasa Flow certification by Sadie Nardini and Tyler Mccoy
  • 100 HR Hatha Yoga Training certification by Maureen Rae
  • 300 HR LYT Method Certification by Lara Heimann
  • 200 HR Mindfulness and Meditation training by Sean Fargo
  • Various smaller trainings I have accumulated such as: chair yoga, pre and post natal yoga, seniors yoga, Yoga after surgery.

I will guide you, in person and online, empowering you to make great choices for you so you can live a more joyful and purpose driven life.
